SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the delivery option information selected by you when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Products within estimated timescales. Please see Delivery Information for details of where we deliver and the available delivery options.
As a guideline items in stock and ordered before 11am Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day, items not in stock or ordered after 11am (Mon-Fri) will be processed the following working day.

Frozen Foods, Live Plants & Fish are only available to purchase with express delivery and are only dispatched Mon-Weds to ensure they do not remain in the delivery system for an extended period of time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed. We hope they reach you in the same condition. If you wish to return a product to us for any reason please do so within 30 days of the dispatch date. To receive a full refund, items must not have been used and must be returned to us with their original packaging intact.
